After having a horrible experience with the finance manager at Dublin VW, we looked around other VW dealerships in the area and found Winn. Kevin, the sales guy, is super nice. My husband exchanged text messages with him, and he was very responsive with answering all the questions we had (at least we felt they were all honest answers). He is very knowledgeable with the ID4, which very helpful as this is our first VW and all-electric car. When we dealt with JV, it was a very smooth and no pressure experience. The entire team was great and awesome! We were happy that we found Winn and gave the business to Winn instead of Dublin VW.

I just finished buying a used car with the help of Nate and Albie and it couldn't have gone smoother. The start was a little rocky because the car had a dead battery but everything improved from there. The team did a jump start of the car so I could test drive it. After the test drive i told the team I was concerned about the battery and the tires feeling a little soft. Over the next week the team there fixed the issue with the battery and put on new tires. The morning of purchasing the car was also smooth. My conversation with Nate and Albie was enjoyable and relaxing. By far the easiest experience I have had to buy a car.

I went in today to Winn Volkswagen, not. expecting an outcome that I got. Kevin, the sales representative was amazing he was very friendly and very efficient. Kevin took the time to look over some cars with me for my decision and made it a very pleasant experience. Overall, my experience at this dealer was top-notch, including Kevin, Brady, JD and I even had the pleasure of meeting John The general manager! I would recommend this dealer to anyone, and I will always be back to purchase any future vehicles, my family needs. I came in here last minute, right before closing, and they were able to take me in. Most importantly Mustafa was super helpful and encouraging when it came to testing out and looking at the vehicle i wanted. He went above and beyond for me. No pressure whats so ever, very chill and easy going environment. The transparency with all the paperwork you have to sign is super helpful in understanding your contract. They explain every fee so you don’t feel like you're getting extra hidden fees added on. 1000% recommend finding a vehicle through him and this dealership as a whole. He got me the vehicle i wanted at the price point i wanted. Along with him, Kyle from finance stepped in to help seal the deal. I appreciate them for staying after closing hours to help finalize my new vehicle. Would come here again and recommend for any first time buyer like myself!

Kevin was friendly, knowledgeable about the ID4 and had a great attitude. The guy who helped us in finance was very funny and personable. The entire process was easy and I didn't feel pressured to do anything. My only complaint is that I did not get the color I wanted but that's my fault for having less than perfect credit. Good credit calls the shots. Not so good credit must settle for what they can get sometimes. Overall I'm happy with my experience at Winn VW. Thank you! I love my ID4
